This seems to be the U.S. version of the SlimCam 3200, which I guess is whats sold in the rest of the world. Non-spectacular 2MP image quality (a Canon A60 is much nicer) given that the images are noisy (especially for darker situation) and the flash is hopeless (be real close to your subject), BUT, it is quite small (perhaps just this side of pocketable) and inexpensive at just over $100.
